It basically gave its blessing for the continued pounding of Lebanon that has cost thousands of civilian lives. And because of the US's resistance to immediate ceasefire the conflict is getting harder and harder to resolve. They're supplying the bombs to Isarel for god's sake! Bush & company should stand in trial for war crimes. The US is and should be accountable for Israel’s actions.
